A love story in full bloom: that was Alexa and Aaron’s wedding, set amidst the Tuscan hills at the magical Villa Petriolo.

Amidst towering cypress trees and colorful floral arches, Alexa and Aaron exchanged their vows, celebrating with a lavish, spirited, and high-energy gathering. They commissioned a live painting to capture the full intensity and vibrant colors of their wedding, and to bring the romance and beautiful connection of their special day to life on canvas.

When Joe contacted me, he had something special in mind: a surprise for his Victoria—a unique memento of their wedding set against the stunning backdrop of Isola del Garda.

I set out to paint their romantic dream, capturing them immersed in a setting of timeless charm. Framed by the Neo-Gothic lines of the loggia and the shimmering reflection of Lake Garda, the portrait of Joe and Victoria became an indelible memory and a truly one-of-a-kind legacy for their life together.

A square filled with music. A tarantella under the summer sky.  A crowd that quickly forgets they are strangers.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, a painting taking shape.

Some places don’t just host a wedding; they become part of the story. Just as Sicily did for Billie Rae & Dan, during their wedding in the heart of Taormina.

An evening at Grand Hotel Tremezzo: soft lights, quiet conversations, and a portrait coming to life.

Julia & Colton travelled from New York to celebrate their wedding on the shores of Lake Como — a small, intimate gathering filled with elegance, warmth and the quiet magic of the lake, all set within the timeless Belle Époque atmosphere of Grand Hotel Tremezzo.

Perched above the Gulf of Naples, with Mount Vesuvius watching over the horizon, Dainty & Josh celebrated their wedding at Villa Antiche Mura in Sorrento.

Their day was intimate and joyful, filled with the kind of quiet happiness that lingers long after the last dance.

When planning their painting, they had one request: to preserve not only their portrait, but also the extraordinary landscape surrounding them and their two beloved dogs, who were very much part of the story. A love story, a view, and a few cherished family members on four paws.

From Santo Domingo to the coast of Calabria to celebrate a wedding that was, above all, a great love story: that is the journey Yessica and Alberto took, choosing Copanello and the Ionian coast for their “I do.”

It was a deeply moving and heartfelt celebration, with Yessica and Alberto surrounded by friends and family amidst a stunning Mediterranean setting in its most authentic form—cliffs right by the sea, bursts of bougainvillea, and sun-drenched Mediterranean scrub filled with fragrance. Yessica had asked me for a painting that could capture not only the soul of their special day but also the essence of the landscape that served as its backdrop.

When Valentina contacted me about her wedding to Jennie in the splendid setting of Villa Cornaro, she had a clear idea of the scene she wanted to capture: they wanted a painting that portrayed them during their first kiss as a couple, the exact moment the color bomb painted the sky a thousand colors. We then decided together, on the wedding day, to include Simba, the couple’s adorable golden retriever.

A castle in Tuscany, a celebration of friends and family gathered around the happiness of a new couple: for K & M’s wedding, I was asked to create a large, airy painting, capturing the essence of the Tuscan landscape, among olive trees, cypresses, and ancient walls steeped in history.

In the mountainous heart of Alto Adige, among hilltop vineyards and medieval castles, the bride’s sister asked me to create a life-size painting as a gift for the couple.

The result was a work both intense and delicate, capturing the beauty of the two young people in a timeless setting, as immortal as their love.

Zina & Faris were married on a beautiful December day at the Waldorf Astoria in Rome.

Their celebration was vibrant, heartfelt and deeply rooted in the rich traditions of the Arab and Middle Eastern world… A joyful gathering of family, culture and love.

When we spoke before the wedding, they told me they hoped for a painting that would capture the way they looked at one another: proud, deeply in love, and surrounded by an atmosphere of light, elegance and timeless beauty.

This portrait is my attempt to preserve exactly that moment.
