Letizia, the bride’s sister, commissioned me to paint the portrait of Daniela and Matteo as a gift for their wedding: she wanted a realistic painting, capable of capturing both the faces and the landscape of the Langhe. No sooner said than done! I chose to work in acrylic to make the effect more impressionistic and smart, youthful, perfect for this beautiful couple.
