The first painting always has an energy of its own. This was also the case for this portrait of Gloria and Simone, the first I made as a wedding painter: I was nervous and excited, but the bride and groom were so beautiful that painting them was child’s play. In this framework, I wanted to highlight not only the couple but also the church where the wedding took place.
