Imagine a high mountain lake in the heart of the Canton of Glarus, Switzerland. Then imagine a young couple in love, who have chosen a spiritual place to celebrate their most important day, surrounded by friends, family, and parents. This is the story of Sophia and Alejandro: she is American and he is Spanish, who chose to celebrate their “I do” surrounded by the timeless atmosphere of the Swiss mountains.

A lover of art and painting, Sophia received from her parents the gift of a large wedding painting, capable of capturing the magic of marriage. I chose to depict the newlyweds bathed in the golden light of a mountain sunset, suspended in a dream of nature and love, as they walk hand in hand toward their new life together.
